Welcome

ATSC welcomes potential NITAAC CIO-SP3 users. This site was created to provide information relevant to the NIH community including information on the contract vehicle and ATSC services.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has been designated as an executive agent for purposes of providing Information Technology (IT) to the government. Under this authority, NIH intends to solicit contractors to participate in a new Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) to support the full range of IT needs across the federal government, with a particular emphasis on agencies like NIH and its parent, HHS, that are involved in health care and clinical and biological research.

The Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners-3 (CIO-SP3) contract vehicle facilitates the planning, acquisition and deployment of large-scale IT program requirements for all US federal civilian and defense agencies. It is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity GWAC contract managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). CIO-SP3 includes ten task areas aimed at providing comprehensive IT services/solutions in support of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture.
