Corporate Level Certifications

ISO 9001:2008 – The ISO 9001:2008 Standard establishes the characteristics of a Quality Management System (QMS) for product realization that reflect industry’s best practices. An ISO-certified QMS enables product realization that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations.

Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 – CMMI is an approach to process improvement which can be implemented at the project, division or organization level. CMMI practices ensure that we use standardized and repeatable processes to develop products and provide services that meet well documented requirements.

EVMS – The Earned Value Management System (EVMS) utilized by CES forecasts and tracks project progress. It complies with the 32 guidelines established by the National Standards Institute/Electronic Industry Association (ANSI/EIA) 748A Standard, and it has been certified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Accredited Managed Services Provider (MSP) – The International Association of Managed Services Providers (MSPAlliance) accredits companies with this designation after completing the MSPAlliance Vendor Accreditation program. The accreditation provides assurance that CES can be viewed as a trusted, reliable provider to deliver technology enabling products and services.

Staff Certifications

CES employs a professional workforce certified both by industry-wide organizations and specific technology vendors. Industry-wide organizations include the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification Management Board, The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), the Help Desk Institute, Scrum Alliance and others.

Specific technology vendors include Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, HP and many more. CES employees hold more IBM RUP (Rational Unified Process) Certifications than any other IBM Rational Business Partner in the United States.
